Services Offered Signing Courses provides the following services: a. No Refunds: There are no refunds for services rendered. b. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service, there will be no refunds, but you may be eligible to reschedule the service for a future date and time. c. Cancellation by Signing Courses: In the event that Signing Courses needs to cancel a service within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule the service to a mutually agreed-upon date and time. 5. Use of Services You agree to use our services for lawful and educational purposes only. You may not use our services for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical activities. Additionally, you must not: a. Share your account credentials with others; b. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the proper functioning of our services; c. Engage in any form of harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior within our community; d. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from our platform without our prior written consent. 6. Intellectual Property All content and materials provided by Signing Courses, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. Is there a guarantee I will learn to sign?We can never guarantee this. However, research shows that any introduction to visual language is valuable. We have yet to experience an unhappy customer- and that says a lot!

Does Signing Courses have an app?You can do our course on the Baby Sparks App! However, our course is accessible by smartphone and most of our customers access the signs this way when in a pinch.

Can I purchase services or courses as a gift for a friend/family member/childcare provider?Yes. Our Baby Signs course makes a perfect shower or 1st birthday gift! Do this by going to Courses & Products, and clicking on Purchase an e-gift card.

Do you offer a certificate for completing the course?Yes. Once you have completed your course, you will receive a certificate of completion to proudly display in your home, childcare center, or office. Show off to your friends that you learned Baby Signs Online!

Who can learn to sign?Anyone. Signing Courses believes that anyone who has the physical capability can learn to sign. If someone does not have the physical capability, we believe they can still benefit from the visual recognition of signs. Sign language is an inclusive language that provides countless benefits for many diverse groups of individuals. Our specific focus is children who are pre-verbal and nonverbal.

Can I share my course with a friend?We encourage you to tell everyone you know about Signing Courses; however, each course should be purchased individually. In fact, we find people are even more successful if they have a friend or family member who goes through the course with them.

My family member is Deaf. Are your services and courses for us?Yes, if your child is Deaf or is nonverbal/minimally verbal, you can start with our Baby Signs course. It will provide you with a great introduction to sign language. We suggest you get involved with your local Deaf community and find someone who is willing to be a Deaf mentor for you and your family. Deaf children require more than the simple signs we provide to acquire American Sign Language as their primary language.

Can I request an official invoice to get my course paid for?Yes, please email us at support@signingcourses.com to request an official invoice. Many of our clients are able to get my products and services reimbursed.
