My journey into this field began when I witnessed the profound communication gap between the Deaf and hearing communities. It was a moment etched in my memory since I was a little girl watching my Deaf father communicate within the hearing world in which we live- that ignited my passion to bridge this divide.
Driven by this purpose, I embarked on a mission to educate companies on the importance of inclusivity. In doing so, we not only empower sales departments to connect with an often overlooked community but also enable customer service teams to solve problems more effectively and efficiently.
